Can you create a design using pieces I already own?

Absolutely! We encourage you to keep pieces that you love and we will work them into the design for you. 

What is your service area?

We are located in Wake Forest, NC. Our standard service area includes any location within a 30 minute drive from Wake Forest. We will travel outside of our primary service area, but there will be an additional charge for each site visit/consult to account for additional travel time. We also offer online design services for those outside of North Carolina. 

How long does the process take?

We will have your initial design proposal to you within 6-8 weeks after payment is received.* Revisions can take 1-2 weeks.  If you are local to the Raleigh area, we work with trade professionals who are in high demand. Because of this, we ask you to expect 4-12 week lead times for custom work.  It's important to remember that high quality, custom work is a longer process, but worth the wait!  

*Business days are defined as M-F and do not include any federal holidays or published closings.  

Can I change my design package once I have started the design process?

Yes! You may upgrade at any time before the project is complete.  Design fees are non-refundable.

Can I choose to work with Allison or Bethany?

AlliBeth designs are a team effort. Both of us work together to carefully design each space. However, only one of us will be your primary contact. You can choose your primary contact by booking your initial consultation online here. For most large scale projects, you will see both designers at your initial consultation/site visit. This is because we work together closely on each project and want to give you the best service possible. 

Who hires installers/contractors to complete my design plans?

You hire and pay your contractor directly. We partner with your contractor to implement the design. If you're not sure who to hire or where to begin, we will recommend some of our favorite contacts to you.

How do I purchase items from my design plans?

Once your design plans are complete, we will send you a quote via email for all of the items you requested. Simply tell your designer which items you would like to order and we will send you an invoice via email, which can be paid securely online. 

 

AlliBeth will never charge you for anything without your knowledge and approval.

We suggest that if you love something from your proposal, you purchase it in a timely manner before it is no longer available. 

Do you offer financing?

We accept all major credit cards.

How much space is considered one room?

We define one room to be any space up to 200 sq. ft. that is not separated by walls or other fixed barriers.  Areas larger than 200 sq. ft. will be charged as multiple rooms. To figure out the square footage for your space, multiply the length x width. For example, 10 ft. wide x 10 ft. long = 100 square feet.
